Consultation and treatment go on at the same time with prayer and counselling
Medical record personnel registers the patients
The security/crowd control unit ensures the patients are taken to clinics, counsellors etc in that order, also their prescription to the pharmacy for drugs.
In the clinic the physician, surgeon, optometrist or ophtamologist as the case may be evaluates the patients and treats accordingly
All surgical case are referred to the surgeon(s) for further evaluation and decision to operate or not to operate
Cases which cannot be treated in the field are referred appropriately
As much as possible, all surgical cases are handled as day cases (i.e. operated and discharged home on that day, unless otherwise warranted).
